financing utilising pre-sales. This included $75m of senior and
$10m of subordinated debt for the redevelopment of Goldsbrough
Mort at Darling Harbour;

arranged $230m limited recourse funding for the residential and
hotel Woolloomooloo Wharf redevelopment project;
- arranged a complex tax effective A$40 million term facility for a client to finance the acquisition of a commercial property in Melbourne, including financial analysis, preparation of the Information Memorandum and documentation;

structured the investment property trust for Stockland’s
Seville serviced apartments at South Bank, Brisbane;

advised Kumagi on its bid for Sydney Opera House car park;

advised Landcom on financing structures for moderate income housing;

advised on refinancing options for Laguna Quay resort in Queensland;

advised Thiess on the financing and structure of their PPP tender
for the Victorian County Courts Project;
